Shifts are managed by leading shifts every week, ensuring customers get fast, accurate, friendly service at every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness, monitors safety, security, and profitability, and communicates with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for success. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping assigned departments meet goals.

Requirements Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule, able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to work flexible, long hours, including nights and weekends.
