Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to enable a great shift.
Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets.
