Job description
RC Management is hiring experienced Certified Shift Managers and Department Managers to lead McDonald’s operations within the Winslow area. As a Shift Manager, you run the show during shifts, guide the crew, keep energy high, and ensure every customer gets a fast, friendly, and accurate McGolden experience.
Swing/Department Manager roles involve food safety, training, scheduling, inventory and labor management, and daily cleanliness.
