Security Site Supervisor – Lead a High-Profile Security Team
Lake Grove, NY | Full-Time | $20.09/hour | Evening & Weekend Shifts

Were looking for a dependable, motivated
Security Site Supervisor
to lead a professional security team at one of Long Islands busiest retail destinations. If youre a strong communicator with leadership experience and are ready to grow with an industry-leading security company, wed like to hear from you.
Full-time, 40-hour work week
Supportive management team
Ongoing training and professional development
Friday & Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekend availability is required.
Serve as the primary point of contact between site management and the security team.
Ensure officers are following post orders, company policies, and customer service standards.
Comfortable using computers and completing incident reports.
Able to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidate can remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively with both customers and team members, and take pride in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
