Shift SupervisorProduction safety (proper wear of PPEs)Product quality (yield produced by each shift)Productivity (pieces produced by each shift)Job observation (associates' skills/wait on the job/defects/on-site conditions/preparations)Training (equipment operation, quality standards, process requirements and information feedback procedure)Emergency issue handling (4M changes, sudden equipment breakdowns, production problems)Conducting pre-shift meetingAssembly's process of finished productsGuidance and leadership to personnel and motivation of Associates to reachCreate grid whiteboard maintenance and direction to AssociatesOversight of glass auditing and Plex entryOther duties as assignedLanguages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formAbility to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferredHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 poundsAbility to pass static strength requirements (grip)Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demandedClarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required in day and night/dark conditionsThree-dimensional vision.
