Shift Supervisor/Quality Inspector - Weekend Night ShiftAda, OK 74820OverviewSalary Range $27.00 - $38.00 Hourly Position Type Full Time Job Shift Graveyard Category ManufacturingDescriptionCoordinates activities related to machining production, deburr, and assembly. Troubleshoots machine issues. Ensures that safety, quality, and delivery objectives are achieved.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate work assignments with crew chiefsDiscuss production issues with other departments to minimize delaysAssist crew members with troubleshooting and resolving issuesEnsure that all safety, quality, and delivery policies and procedures are followedMonitor and manage the perishables expenses for the crewFacilitate team building between crews and shiftsMentor, coach, and motivate crew to maximize crew satisfaction, efficiency, and effectivenessTrack movement of parts through areaCommunicate effectively (verbal and written) with all contactsModel desired traitsAccept and adapt easily to changeSupport all Company policies and proceduresEnsure that all activities are consistent with Company Mission StatementOperate job-related equipment with or without an accommodationAbility to make sound decisions regarding quality concerns and escalate issues appropriatelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and customer requirementsAbility to identify and document nonconforming conditions and follow established quality proceduresWorking knowledge of inspection methods, measuring equipment, and basic dimensional inspectionAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructionsQualificationsRequirements:High School diploma or GED preferred5+ years of experience with multi-axis single or multi-spindle CNC machining, including at least 1 year of experience as a supervisorUS Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliance)Language: Read, write, and speak English fluentlyMath: Proficient with basic shop mathSense of urgencyAbility to manage competing prioritiesAbility to meet frequent short timeline goals and deadlines
