Shift Support Manager, Starting Salary Based on Experience

Shifts are 40 hours per week. The role includes a $250 sign‑on bonus and healthcare benefits.
Job Summary
A Shift Support Manager works directly with the General Manager to coach and lead staff and operations during shifts. The manager ensures that customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience and that the team meets McDonald’s standards for quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and profitability.
Responsibilities
Plan and monitor shift activities.
Ensure crew and managers adhere to quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
Maintain safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to provide a smooth hand‑over.
Help departments meet their targets.
Food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
Managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, scheduling, and training.
