Responsible for producing high quality service in an efficient and timely manner. This involves shipping and handling, customer care, and data capture.Resolves customer service issues regarding engravings or watch repairs within their assigned market, which includes correspondence with customers, Shinola customer service, retail management, and carrier services.Completes customer engraving orders for their assigned market and ad-hoc as needed, in a quality, efficient, and timely manner.Is responsible for operational task completion; ordering supplies and submitting weekly reporting and email communication.Supports the guest experience during peak store traffic times by being a watch and jewelry subject matter expert to support group selling with the sales team.Regularly and consistently abides by the Time & Attendance policies and all policies and procedures included withinRegularly and consistently abides by the Standards of Conduct and our Code of Ethics policies and all policies and procedures included withinOther duties as assignedWho You AreWilling and able to work nights, weekends and holidays to meet business needsStrong customer service skillsDexterity and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communications skillsWell organized and detail orientedSelf-starter; able to work independentlyFlexible and adaptable to a high-change environmentCurious and optimisticMust be 18+ years oldSampling of Total Rewards ProgramCompensation type: hourlyCompensation: Compensation can be negotiated based on previous experience & qualifications. Starting $19.00 - $21.00 per hourBonus eligibility: Potential monthly bonus based on store financial performance.
