Job description
Melton Truck Lines is seeking a Track & Trace Coordinator to monitor shipments from dispatch to delivery, coordinating with carriers, Carrier Managers, and Account Managers to ensure timely status updates in the TMS.
You will provide real-time visibility, escalate issues, and maintain data integrity in Aljex, supporting continuous improvement of tracking processes and cross-team collaboration.
