ShipperDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Shippers for a leading equipment manufacturing company located in Lennox, SD. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as the Shipper:Prepare, stage, and organize finished goods for outbound shipmentVerify part numbers, quantities, and shipping documentation for accuracyLoad trailers safely and efficiently to meet shipping schedulesGenerate and process shipping paperwork using the ERP systemInspect outgoing shipments to ensure quality and correctnessCoordinate with production teams and supervisors to meet daily shipping deadlinesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping work areaFollow all safety policies, procedures, and material-handling guidelinesWhat You Need to Bring to the Shipper Role:Manufacturing or shipping experience preferredAbility to read and understand work orders and shipping documentsAbility to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math, including fractionsAbility to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers and gaugesForklift experience or willingness to obtain certificationBasic computer and ERP system skillsStrong attention to detail with a safety-first mindsetReliable, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a teamEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
