Shipping/Receiving Worker – Long Term Temp ShipperLocation: Manchester, MA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Pay Rate: $23/hourPosition OverviewThe Shipping Clerk is responsible for ensuring all finished goods are accurately packaged, labeled, and shipped in accordance with company standards and applicable shipping and customs requirements. This role supports daily shipping operations, documentation accuracy, and compliance with Export Control laws.Key ResponsibilitiesMatch orders and shipping quantities to packing documentsAssist in resolving any shipping or documentation discrepanciesDocument, count, inspect, and label outgoing products and materials following written instructionsPackage products securely to prevent damage during transitFollow proper security processes related to Export Control regulationsMaintain shipping stations, ensuring they are stocked and in proper working orderEnter domestic and international shipment data into the company's ERP systemAdhere to all safety proceduresPerform additional duties as assignedKey Qualifications & SkillsPrevious shipping/packaging experience preferredStrong attention to written detailExcellent organizational skillsAbility to read and write EnglishStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to complete official forms while following written instructionsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to lift 45 lbs
