Join our winning team!Pay: $19.75/HourlyShift Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pmWhat you'll be doing:Weigh and measure packages and scan bar codes from pick slips and cartons.Enter data into shipping system to print shipping labels and prepares package for shipment.Load shipping trailers.Assist in other areas as needed during periods of slow work volume.All orders are required to ship to customers within 24 hours of receipt.Ship a minimum of 100 packages per hour with no more than 2 errors per month.What you bring to the table:Positive attitude that supports teamwork and strong communication.You are safety-focused and can follow all procedures in the performance of job dutiesAbility to understand and follow written or verbal instructionsAbility to attend to detail to ensure items are packed and shipped accuratelyBasic data entry/computer skillsQualifications:What's needed- Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. 50% of the timeAbility to walk and stand 100% of the timeBasic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:Previous related work experienceWe Offer:Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups112 Hours of PTO and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays + 1 floating holiday)Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
