Hardworking, Reliable Loader/Unloader NeededWe're hiring a hardworking, reliable Loader/Unloader to join our Daniels medical waste transfer station team in Stow, OH. This is a highly physical, fast-paced role and a critical part of keeping healthcare facilities running safely and efficiently.If you enjoy hands-on work, don't mind lifting throughout the day, and take pride in being the person who keeps operations moving—this could be a great fit.What will your job involve?Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containersRepeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout your shiftPush and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbsWeigh incoming waste using our Weighbridge systemPrepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transportComplete required paperwork accurately and on timeMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWork closely with your teammates to ensure all transports are ready on scheduleWhat are we looking for?Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environmentComfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all dayStrong work ethic and a "can-do" attitudeDependable, punctual, and able to work quickly without cutting cornersTeam-oriented—we succeed togetherA stable work history and commitment to showing up every day ready to workWhy work for us?Job stability – as an essential service to healthcare we are non-seasonal and recession proof.Consistent work hours - Monday - Friday position, 2nd shift (3PM-11:30PM)Benefits – Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave from day one!Permanent position – This is a Full-time permanent role of 40 hours per weekCompetitive salary – This position is offering a SET (non-negotiable) rate of $19.00 per hourWho are we?We are a healthcare service company providing safety systems and medical waste collection for hospitals, medical centers, surgical centers, nursing homes and an array of customers within the healthcare setting.
