Shipping And Receiving AssociateEmerald Technologies has an exciting opportunity for an organized and proficient Shipping and Receiving Associate to join its Saline, MI team! The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for managing all outgoing shipments, accurately and efficiently processing, packaging, and shipping Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) products. This role requires carrier interfaces; therefore, exemplary customer care skills and the ability to communicate effectively are required.At Emerald Technologies, each employee has a significant role in building innovative products for various industries. Come and work in a supportive, fun team atmosphere where the work is meaningful, and careers have no limits!Responsibilities of the Shipping and Receiving Associate:Reviews customer requirements for outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet customer specifications. An associate's degree in business or related field acceptable.Minimum one year of related receiving/warehouse experience and/or training required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must possess exemplary customer care skills.Attention to Detail: Accuracy in verifying shipments, maintaining records, and multitasking skills.Ability to keep track of inventory, manage paperwork, and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe.Ability to operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts.Emerald Technologies is an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers, focusing on high-reliability electronic assemblies.
