If you're looking for a stable manufacturing job with consistent hours and opportunities to learn multiple skills, Valley Craft is a great place to build a career.We Are Looking For: A driven individual to split work time between Shipping/Receiving (process daily shipment of materials and products) and Cabinet Assembly (facilitate the production of company products and custom orders). What You'll Do: Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor, you will ship and receive daily shipments and assemble and package daily orders. What We Need From YouAbility to follow written and verbal directionAbility to keep pace with production expectationsAbility to use Epicor and schedule trucks with minor assistanceAbility to operate material handling equipment including a forklift (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, etc.)Ability to work independently or with a teamHigh attention to detailAbility to inspect product for quality assurance and identify any errorsAbility to record the accuracy of incoming shipmentsAbility to document any damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation with minor assistanceAbility to store incoming material and supplies in correct warehouseWilling to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidaysAdditional duties as neededEducation/Experience Requirements0 – 3 years of related experience preferredForklift Experience requiredKnowledge of metalworking industry, equipment, and processes useful Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.Physical RequirementsMust be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods of timeMust be capable of working in inclement conditions to include extreme hot and cold temperaturesMust be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbsBenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Nine (9) paid holidaysMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with company matchFriendly, collaborative team environmentOpportunities for training, growth, and advancementCompensation:$20.00 per hourOvertime after 40 hoursValley Craft Ind.
