Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:Powered Industrial Truck Permit (requires a passing score on the Powered Industrial Truck training tests administered by Magna Seating Detroit)EXPERIENCE:A minimum of two (2) years of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Team oriented, communicates well with others, and able to interact with people at all levels and departments.Excellent problem-solving skills.Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various manufacturing/business information software.Ability to work independently under general supervisionWORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL ABILITIES:Work performed in an office and/or manufacturing plant environment. Exposed to varying temperatures within the plant and on the shipping dock due to external weather conditions. Normal mobility to move around an office and/or manufacturing environment is required. Must be able to perform work on a computer. Continuously walks and stands. Frequently performs fine finger movements, grips/grasps, push/pulls, bends/stoops, lifts, and carries material/parts up to thirty (30) lbs. Occasionally, may operate a forklift truck or tugger. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
