This position is ideal for candidates with 5+ years of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse logistics experience who are looking for stability, growth, and the opportunity to make an impact.Why Consider This Opportunity?Pay up to $23/hour based on experienceLong-term, stable opportunityMonday-Friday schedule (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)Career growth opportunities into Lead and Supervisor rolesGrowing company with a strong team environmentFull benefits package availableKey ResponsibilitiesManage all incoming and outgoing shipments with a high degree of accuracy.Verify received materials against packing slips and purchase orders.Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory audits.Utilize ERP systems and warehouse software to process inventory transactions.Coordinate shipments and select appropriate carriers to meet customer requirements.Organize warehouse inventory and ensure efficient material flow.Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.Load and unload materials while maintaining safety standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout warehouse operations.Desired Qualifications5+ years of Shipping & Receiving, Warehouse, or Inventory Control experience.Strong experience with cycle counting and inventory management.Previous experience using ERP systems (Epicor experience is highly preferred).Experience coordinating shipments, freight carriers, and logistics operations.Strong computer and data entry skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.Experience operating forklifts is a plus.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.ScheduleMonday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMPay$20.00-$23.00/hour based on experienceApply TodayJoin a growing organization that values experienced warehouse professionals and offers long-term career advancement opportunities.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinsburg, WV.The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
