Total Talent Solutions Now Hiring for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Location: Pasadena, TX
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Looking for Shipping and Receiving Clerk jobs in Pasadena where accuracy and teamwork keep products moving? This opportunity lets you play a key role in receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation.
Job Duties
Package, prepare, and expedite outgoing shipments.
Build crates and apply epoxy paint to large industrial products.
Verify shipment accuracy by checking counts, weights, measurements, and shipping documents.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including SAP and Excel data entry.
Prepare bills of lading (BOLs), coordinate carrier pickups, and track shipments.
Distribute materials throughout the shop and maintain inventory organization.
Keep shipping, receiving, storage, and traffic areas clean, organized, and stocked.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and export compliance requirements.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment.
Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures.
Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or inventory software is preferred.
Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is beneficial.
Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or order fulfillment is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
