Our supportive culture is built on respect, friendliness, and a shared commitment to exceptional patient care.What You'll DoResponsible for receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming equipment and supplies, and preparing and shipping outgoing packages, courier items, lab materials, and mail. Ensures accuracy, organization, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.Receive, inspect, and sign for incoming deliveries; accurately document receipts in systems or logs.Prepare and ship outgoing packages, freight, and mail, including labeling, bills of lading, and coordinating carrier pickups.Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing U.S. mail across departments and locations.Assist with inventory tasks, including labeling, stocking, and distributing non-inventory items to appropriate departments.Transport supplies, equipment, linens, mail, and other materials between main campus and offsite locations using a company vehicle; perform daily safety checks and maintain cleanliness.Maintain organized workspaces and records, including filing, updating procedures, and ensuring dock and storeroom cleanliness.Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assignedWho We're Looking ForWe’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member who can manage shipping, receiving, and deliveries while providing excellent service across departments.High school diploma or equivalent preferredShipping and receiving experience preferred; healthcare or materials management experience is a plus.Valid Colorado Driver’s License with a clean driving record requiredFamiliarity with shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and inventory processes preferredAbility to safely operate a delivery vehicle, including a commercial van, in accordance with state lawsStrong communication, customer service, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environmentPerform a variety of tasks and other duties as assignedWhat We Offer Our total rewards package includesPay Range: $17.50 - $23.62 /hour (based on experience)Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO from day one, extended illness time, retirement plan with match, and morePerks: Payroll deductions for hot springs, gyms, ski passes, pet insurance, access to outdoor recreation, and more!Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.Position is open until filled unless posted otherwise.Why Join Grand River Health?
