Shipping and Receiving ClerkWe are looking for a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a short-term project assignment. This role primarily involves assembling kits and reworking packages that arrive with packaging or assembly issues.Responsibilities:Inspect packages for defects or inaccuracies.Correct package issues to ensure quality standards are met.Assemble kits and prepare products for distribution.Verify package contents and completeness.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all safety and operational procedures.Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.Essential Skills:General labor and warehouse experience.Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or production environment.Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and handling packaging materials.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and ability to identify package defects.Ability to assemble kits and rework packages following established instructions and quality standards.Experience with kitting, inventory, and packing.Why Work Here?Join a short-term project with a consistent overnight schedule in a team-oriented warehouse environment. The role follows an overnight shift schedule from 8:30 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Thursday or Thursday through Sunday.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract position based out of Woodbridge, NJ.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
