Job description
Shipping & Receiving / Parts CoordinatorHours: Monday through Friday, 6am-2:30pmThe Shipping & Receiving / Parts Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the movement of materials and parts throughout the facility while ensuring accurate packaging, shipping, and receiving processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments of parts and materials.• Package, label, and prepare parts for shipment according to customer and company specifications.• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and inspect materials for damage.• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.• Load and unload trucks using a sit-down forklift and other material handling equipment.• Organize and stage materials for shipment and production needs.• Work closely with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.• Follow all company safety policies and shipping procedures.• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking as needed.• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics.• Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging and documentation.• Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and inventory.• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet shipping deadlines.• Strong communication and organizational skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks.• Ability to work in a warehouse and industrial environment.• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment for extended periods.Previous shipping and receiving, warehouse, logistics, or parts coordination experience preferred.Prior sit-down forklift experience required; certification preferred.Experience with inventory management systems and shipping documentation is a plus.This position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring materials are packaged and delivered accurately and efficiently.Ways to Apply:Call today to schedule a phone interview 717-718-HIRE (4473)Apply online at: may be emailed to: by our York office: 2210 E.
