Job description

Shipping AssociateRadwell International is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our Inventory & Logistics team. This role is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring product accuracy, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily shipping operations.The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in accuracy, and understands the importance of delivering an outstanding customer experience through timely and error-free order fulfillment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare customer orders for shipment by verifying product accuracy, condition, and quantityPackage products according to company standards to ensure safe transportation and deliveryProcess outgoing shipments utilizing shipping software and carrier systemsVerify shipping documentation, packing slips, and order information prior to shipmentEnsure products are labeled correctly and packaged securelyCoordinate with warehouse, inventory, and operations teams to resolve shipment discrepanciesAssist with receiving, staging, and movement of inventory as neededMaintain shipping records and accurately update company systemsMonitor shipment schedules and support timely order fulfillmentAssist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow established shipping procedures, quality requirements, and safety standardsPerform additional duties and projects as assignedWhat We Are Looking ForStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to follow processes and work instructionsStrong organizational and time-management skillsPositive attitude and willingness to support team objectivesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferredKnowledge and SkillsBasic computer proficiencyAbility to multitask and prioritize workload efficientlyStrong attention to detailEffective problem-solving skillsGood communication skillsAbility to accurately process shipping documentationFamiliarity with warehouse operations and shipping procedures preferredEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredWarehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferredExperience using shipping software or warehouse management systems is a plusRadwell BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverage starting Day 1 of employment.Company-sponsored short-term and long-term disabilityCompany-paid $50,000 life insurance401(k) with company matching15 PTO days (accruing from day 1, available immediately)Paid company holidaysFree onsite gymAdditional voluntary benefits available to full-time employeesWork ScheduleThis position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Additional hours, overtime, or schedule adjustments may be required to support operational needs.Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a warehouse environment and requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, and movement throughout the facility. Employees work closely with shipping carriers, warehouse personnel, and operations teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413 standards (steel-toe or composite-toe) must be worn at all times in Operations areas.
