Shipping AssociateLocation: Bourne, MA Pay Rate: $20/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pmPosition SummaryThe Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing and processing outgoing shipments to ensure products are packed accurately, labeled correctly, and shipped on time. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare outgoing shipments according to work orders and shipping instructionsPack, label, and palletize finished products securely and accuratelyVerify order accuracy before shipmentGenerate and apply shipping labels and documentationCoordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveriesMaintain shipping area cleanliness and organizationAssist with inventory checks as neededFollow all safety and quality standardsQualifications1-3 years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experienceExperience using ERP systems requiredBasic computer skills, including data entry and navigating business softwareAbility to accurately process shipping documentationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as needed#3368ST
