Job Title: Material Picker/Packer and Shipping AssociatePay Rate: $20 per hour Location: Clarks Summit, PA Work Mode: Fully Onsite Duration: Until Nov 20, 2026Summary: Material Picker/Packer and Shipping Associate responsible for picking, packing, and preparing materials for shipment. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.Responsibilities:Pick, pack, and ship materials according to established procedures and customer requirements.Verify order accuracy and ensure shipments are properly prepared and documented.Maintain inventory organization and support warehouse operations as needed.Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Basic computer skills required.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Ability to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.Must be able to lift, pull, and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
