Job description
Medical Device PreparerResponsible for preparing, packaging, verifying and shipping medical devices in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards. This position supports daily operations but ensuring products are handled accurately, safely and on time. This includes maintaining organized work areas, assisting in inventory counts, restocking materials and shipping out product throughout the ERP system. Employees are expected to work collaboratively with team members across operations, customer service, quality and manufacturing to help ensure customer expectations are met. This position does require the ability to lift and carry 40 lbs, walk, stand and bend for extended periods throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and be able to pivot to different tasks quickly is important for this role.Job Requirements:High school diploma or GED requiredAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishAbility to safely lift, push, pull and carry 40 lbs. regularlyPrevious warehouse and shipping experience preferredAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shiftBasic computer skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and shipmentsAbility to work in fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standardsStrong organizational and time management skillsMust be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Monday – FridayTarget Market Salary Range:Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
