Responsibilities
Position Summary
: Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment: Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices.

Essential Duties
:
Controls incoming and outgoing material for BCR and BCC on a daily basis. This currently includes operating supplies, raw forgings, machined wheels finished wheels and incoming scrap. Items are physically received, verified, and then entered into Oracle.
Loads and unloads incoming and outgoing wheels, verifies against BOL, and enters information into oracle.
Confirms and reports daily inventory .
responsible for receiving in other items that need to go to the tool crib.
Ensures organization of shipping dock
Performs 5S activities
Support production activities
Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
:
High School level reading and math
Will spend the majority of time on the production floor with some additional clerical responsibilities.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Shipping & Receiving position
Minimum 1 year experience working with Microsoft Office
