Job description
Shipping PositionAccurately assemble, package, and ship quality products according to engineer's print's directions and shop order's requests. Follows policies and procedures put in place as well as any modifications while always being aware to preserving the product's integrity and quality.Find, print and understand shop orders, customer orders and engineers drawingsTo use a hoist or crane and know the correct procedures to operate the hoistAble and willing to work customer serviceRetrieve orders, collect product and package ordersComplete customer orders to ship product by the shipping dateTo mentor and train other employeesAble to locate on hand quantities to complete productsAble to read and use measuring tools accuratelyComplete jobs on a timely and consistent basisTo load and secure products on trucks as neededTo work as a team and be self motivated to work independentlyTo actively be looking for new and improved ways to do thingsMeet reasonable production goalsMust be safety minded, organizational skills, record keeping skills, good computer knowledge, flexible in scheduling and willing to work in other areas to meet deadlines, requires attention to detail and a high standard of quality, must comply to ISO 9001 required policies, must be a team player who can work effectively in a team environment, good interpersonal, verbal communication and active listening skills, willingness and ability to learn and perform other jobs, able to lift 50 pounds occasionally and push/pull 100 pounds occasionally.Benefits Day 1: 12 Paid Holidays, Birthday Paid Off, PTO Accrual.
