Their new Dayton, MN headquarters includes a 500,000-square-foot facility where employees can grow their career and build engineered-to-order products that help power our modern-world technology.As a Shipping Associate, you'll be responsible overseeing both outgoing and incoming shipments while keeping documentation and inventory records accurate and up to date. From preparing and packaging parts to distributing materials to their appropriate departments, you'll help ensure that products move smoothly through the facility.Schedule Options:Monday to Friday: 7:00am-3:30pmMonday to Friday: 8:00am-4:30pmPay:$23.00-$25.33/hour, based on experienceWeekly paychecks every FridayLocation and Work Environment:Openings at the Champlin, MN facilityOpenings at the Dayton, MN facilityClean working environmentOption to wear one earbud on the production floorResponsibilities and Duties:Prepare required paperwork and package parts using the correct shipping methodsReference customer purchase orders and internal job routingsReview delivery schedules and ship orders to meet customer deadlinesCreate and print packing lists, then assemble packing lists and all required documentationPackage parts securely to prevent damage during shipmentSchedule and arrange shipping methods as neededFile and route completed paperwork and documentationPlan shipping activities to ensure jobs meet their due datesSkills and Qualifications:0-3 years of related experience OR training OR equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious forklift experience (preferred)Previous inventory system knowledge (preferred)Previous BOM and MRP experience (preferred)Previous cycle counting experience (preferred)Previous experience using Epicor (preferred)High school diploma OR equivalent (required)Pre-employment background check (required)Pre-employment drug screen (required)Benefits and Perks:Paid holidaysMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceTerm lifeShort-term disability401(k)Employee assistance programReferral programGrowth opportunitiesBreakrooms with inside convenience store
