Job description
Shipping ClerkResponsible for processing outbound shipments using the company ERP system and coordinating packaging, labeling, and shipment of products. Responsibilities include: processing shipments through the ERP system using the carrier specified on the Sales Order, creating shipping labels using the FedEx system, affixing shipping labels and corresponding packing slips to boxes, packaging products for outbound shipping, marking boxes with the corresponding Sales Order number, and working with the team to ensure products are packaged according to schedule.Qualifications include: high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, capable of multitasking with minimal supervision, fluent in English, bilingual Spanish a must, previous shipping or warehouse experience, ERP system experience (e.g., NetSuite).Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role ranges between $17.00-$20.00 per hour. The range considers factors that are included in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, training, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each individual case.
