Schedule appointments for inbound and outbound trucks3. Enter data into PMOS4. Manage/store records according to the Records Management Program5. Assist with monthly inventory6. Back-up Inventory Clerk7. Back-up other Shipping Clerk8. Enter data into and maintain shipping efficiency spreadsheet9. Track truck detention10. Daily production entry11. Enter movement sheets12. Sort BOL's13. Schedule/arrange delivery trucks14. Receive inbound packages/supplies scan/complete in Maximo15. 2nd shift Shipping Clerk to prepare and verify orders for next day16. Adhere to and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP requirements17. Adhere to and enforce all safety and environmental rules and regulations18. Communicate with scheduler19. Perform other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation: High School diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.Related Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.Equipment/Software Skills: Proficient (or ability to become proficient) use of Word/Excel and various inventory system.Competencies:1. Must be highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.2. Must have good problem solving skills3. Must be detail oriented.4.
