Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join their client's team in Nevada. This position is ideal for candidates looking for a temp-to-hire opportunity within the Operations department. The Shipping Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of shipping activities, including handling small parcels, international shipments, and freight.
Responsibilities
Utilizing strong shipping experience to manage small parcel, international, and freight shipments effectively.
Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all shipping documentation and procedures.
Working collaboratively with team members to support the Operations department's goals.
Remaining open to coaching and continuous improvement in shipping processes.
Exhibiting a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in shipping or a related field is highly preferred.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Proficiency in managing shipping software and tools is a plus.
Required Work Hours
The Shipping Clerk will be expected to work Monday through Friday during first shift hours.

Additional Details
The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, with the final rate being confirmed upon offer.
