Essential Duties and Responsibilities: includes the following (other duties may be assigned):
* Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging integrity and labeling on every order
* Print and apply shipping labels using UPS and FedEx shipping software
* Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before shipment — quantity, labeling, and documentation must all be correct
* Receive and check in incoming inventory against purchase orders and packing slips
* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move product and materials
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Complete shipping documentation accurately including bills of lading and packing slips
Requirements
* Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or distribution environment
* Hands-on experience using UPS and/or FedEx shipping software — or similar platforms
* RF scanner and warehouse management system (WMS) experience
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
* Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
* Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team
* Strong problem solving skills
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
