Shipping ClerkLocation: Sedalia, MissouriGardner Denver - Industrial Technology and Services, LLC, a division of Ingersoll Rand, manufactures blowers and compressors for industrial, commercial, and government applications. Our products are designed by industry leading engineers and manufactured to exacting specifications. Our knowledgeable team takes metal castings and other raw materials and turns them into the high-performing products we are known for around the world.Job Summary: This position is responsible for the preparation of all shipping paperwork and the corresponding system transactions to insure the timely and accurate shipments of all customer orders. This person also is responsible to resolve potential issues with customer shipments that might prevent on time shipment. Additional duties include:Works with customer service to arrange freight to meet customer needsWork with customer service on shipment requirements and shipment issuesEnter requisitions according to demand of supplies neededProficient with Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailSAP knowledge preferred but not requiredWilling to work overtime as neededKey Competencies: High school degree or High School Equivalency preferred, 3 years of clerical experienceIngersoll Rand offers a comprehensive benefits program that includes, but is not limited to: 401K (Matching up to 6%), Medical plans, Dental, Vision, Vacation & Sick Leave, Company provided short term & long-term disability, life insurance and employee assistance programs.Ingersoll Rand Ownership Works Grant: When you have reached your one-year service anniversary with Ingersoll Rand, you will become eligible to receive a grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") that will equal 10% of your annual base salary in grant date value.
