Shipping CoordinatorNow hiring for a Shipping Coordinator in Rogers, AR. Pay rate is $21.00 per hour with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM. Looking for Shipping Coordinator jobs in Rogers where accuracy and teamwork keep products moving? This opportunity lets you play a key role in receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation.Job Duties:Oversee the shipment of domestic and international orders. Ensuring accuracy in documentation, packaging, and logistics coordination.Maintain detailed records of all shipments, including international export documentation, health certificates, and customs paperwork.Schedule large shipments and liaise with freight forwarders, ensuring a timely pick up.Respond to logistics-related inquiries and provide shipment information to customers and internal departments.Address and resolve issues related to shipping errors, lost or damaged shipments, FedEx claims, and international clearance delays.Obtain shipping quotes, handle customer complaints, and maintain ongoing communication with freight forwarders.End-of-Year Inventory Counts: Organize and execute annual inventory reconciliation. Conduct weekly cycle counts, maintain accurate stockroom records, and ensure proper cataloging and organization of inventory items.Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
