Shipping Coordinator Shift LeadWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping Coordinator Shift Lead to oversee second-shift shipping operations and support warehouse team members. This role is responsible for coordinating daily shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and helping maintain a safe and organized work environment.Responsibilities:Lead and support shipping team members during 2nd shift operations.Coordinate and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and timeliness.Assist with loading, unloading, and staging products.Monitor workflow, prioritize tasks, and help meet shipping deadlines.Maintain inventory accuracy and proper shipping documentation.Promote safety, teamwork, and productivity throughout the shift.Qualifications:Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift materials as needed.Benefits:Medical/dental/and vision plansHoliday Pay (6 Days Observed)401(k) Retirement Savings PlanVacation PayLife InsurancePrescription Drug ReimbursementReferral Bonuses
