Shipping/Distribution Team MemberMelaleuca has immediate openings for Shipping/Distribution Team Members. We are looking for team players who can ensure a quality experience for our customers. If you have experience in picking and packaging products for distribution, you might be perfect for this position! This position is located in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Great starting pay at $14.40/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential 7-10 days per month - 2:45 PM-1:15 AM 401(k) with contribution match Longevity bonuses $100 free Melaleuca product every month Opportunities for pay increases Fitness center And much more!Responsibilities:Perform shipping and distribution tasks in a fast-paced environmentOrder selection (picking)Visual inspection and auditing for accuracyPack and ship products for customer ordersQualifications:Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctualityAble to read, write, and follow established operational proceduresAble to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and qualityAble to stand or walk for duration of shiftAble to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shiftAble to perform duties such as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.Able to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shiftAble to climb stairs
