Job description
Shipping & Final Inspection TechnicianWe are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Final Inspection Technician for our 3rd shift team. This role is crucial in ensuring that parts are cleaned, packaged, inspected, and staged according to company standards.Responsibilities:Clean, package, and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standardsStage parts by weight and/or piece count as specifiedMaintain cleanliness and organization in work area(s)Load and unload freight carriersOperate shot blast equipment and inspection tableUse lift truck and various scales for handling and weighing partsProcess required documentation and follow work instructionsRework nonconforming material as necessaryUse hand tools and measuring equipment for quality checksQualifications:External Requirements:Ability to pass a 5-panel drug screen (urine or saliva) through the staffing companyReliable transportation to workInternal Requirements:Completion of a mandatory company orientation, including understanding policy and procedure guidelinesUpon direct hire:Ability to lift 50 pounds20/40 vision (corrective lenses allowed)This position is ideal for someone who values organization, quality control, and working in a team-based, fast-paced environment.
