Job description
Fulfillment & Warehouse SpecialistSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PMWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fulfillment & Warehouse Specialist to support day-to-day order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and customer service activities.The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to balance hands-on warehouse responsibilities with computer-based administrative tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to order accuracy are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, process, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.Verify that orders are complete, accurate, and meet established quality standards, with an expected order accuracy rate of 99.6%.Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.Receive, unpack, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for completeness and accuracy.Maintain accurate records of goods received and shipped.Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, overages, or discrepancies to the appropriate parties.Assist with periodic inventory tracking and reconciliation on a quarterly and/or annual basis.Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment.Follow established health and safety procedures at all times.Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, when required and properly authorized.Communicate changes to warehouse policies, procedures, and processes to relevant departments, staff, and customers.Assist with shipment tracking and delivery-related inquiries.Communicate with customers as needed to monitor and resolve delivery-related issues.Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner.Maintain accurate information within shipping, inventory, and customer management systems.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications & SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Strong computer and data-entry skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience with shipping and carrier software applications preferred.Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems desirable.Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or a related environment preferred.Ability to safely handle and move materials as required by the position.Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a plus.What We're Looking ForThe successful candidate will be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across both warehouse and administrative responsibilities.
