Bergdorf Goodman is part of Saks Global's portfolio of top luxury retail brands and real estate assets.You will be:Flexibility: Be able to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitudeTime Management: Be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet the demands of a busy retail environmentWhat They Will DoPrepare and verify shipping manifests, bills of lading, and related documentation for all outgoing shipments.Cross-check cargo details (weight, dimensions, and contents) against purchase orders.Coordinate with coordinators and the management team to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.Maintain accurate digital and physical records for compliance and auditing purposes.Use shipping and inventory management software (Status of Sends, FedEx) to track and update shipment statuses.Flag and resolve discrepancies quickly to prevent delays or compliance issues.QualificationsProven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.Strong attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.Familiarity with shipping documentation, customs requirements, and freight terminology.Proficiency with shipping software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.Salary and Other Benefits:Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for (bonus) (long-term incentive compensation awards).Benefits: We offer the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, basic life insurance, supplemental life insurance, disability insurance, and a variety of additional voluntary benefits (such as critical illness, hospital and accident insurance).
