Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.Experience Requirements Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems. Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality. Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.Job Duties Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Process inbound and outbound shipments Load and unload trucks as needed Stock inventory and verify product counts Label packages and maintain shipment accuracy Move materials throughout the warehouse Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks Communicate with team members, vendors, and drivers Follow all safety procedures and report concerns promptlyPreferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Shipping Packer Operator.Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
