Job description
Shipping & Receiving Agent (USA)Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Location: Littleton, NHReport to: Logistics ManagerThe Shipping & Receiving agent is responsible for all tasks related to shipping and receiving Rotobec USA inventory.Job ResponsibilitiesAssistance in all shipping & receiving operationsAdhere to company standards for warehousing, handling, and shipping requirementsParticipate and successfully complete all required safety trainingPack and prepare outbound shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentationSort, organize, and store incoming inventory in designated storage locationsMaintains a safe and clean work environment, keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat; maintains a clean shipping supply area; and complies with company policies and safety regulationsAssists in solving warehouse-related issues to improve service and efficiencyCollaborate with team members and cross-train in other warehouse functions as neededPerform other duties and responsibilities as required by the Logistics ManagerJob RequirementsPrevious Shipping & Receiving experience preferredForklift certification or experience is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systemsPhysically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryPaid health insuranceLife and disability insuranceVision and Dental available (optional)Paid vacation and holidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)On-the-job Training and Development OpportunitiesEmployee Referral ProgramCompany Events and team-building initiatives
