Shipping & Receiving AssociateOur customer in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join their team. We're recruiting Shipping & Receiving Associates to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities of the Shipping & Receiving Associate:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.Prepare, package, label, for outgoing orders.Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility.Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.Maintain accurate records.Inspect products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues.Organize and properly store incoming materials and finished goods.Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company safety procedures and shipping/receiving processes.Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.Shipping & Receiving Associate Requirements and Qualifications:Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.Ability to accurately read shipping documents, labels, and work orders.Basic computer and data entry skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.Reliable attendance and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Pay for Shipping & Receiving Associate: Starting at $20-$22/hour.
