Shipping & Receiving AssociateB&T USA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate responsible for order fulfillment, product assembly, packaging, shipping and product receiving. Essential duties and responsibilities include:Receive and inspect shipments. Verify the accuracy and quality of incoming goods against invoices and order reports.Prepare outgoing shipments: box items, create shipping labels, and maintain detailed records of outgoing shipmentsOrganize stock and maintain accurate inventory recordsLoad and unload deliveries: use equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks to handle large shipmentsKeep records of goods shipped and received, and prepare regular shipping and receiving reports for managersEnsure timely and efficient transport of goods by coordinating with carriers for pickups and deliveriesMaintain quality standards are met daily,Maintain work area in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.Required education/experience includes:High School Diploma or Equivalent1-2 years of related experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment preferred.Previous forklift and pallet jack experience a plus.Attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.Physical requirements include:Ability to lift and move heavy items, and operate warehouse equipmentAbility to stand for extended periods of time.Regularly required to stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.Frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop or crouch.Work environment includes:Work performed in a combination of warehouse and manufacturing machine shop environments.Job type FT – Hourly Monday to Friday.
