Shipping & Receiving AssociateJoin the team at R/W Connection Inc., a trusted industry leader for over 60 years.R/W Connection Inc., Central Pennsylvania's top distributor of Industrial Hose, Conveyor Belt, Gasket, and Industrial Supplies, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate at our Landisville distribution center.This is a hands-on position responsible for managing daily shipping and receiving operations. We're looking for a reliable, organized professional with strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.Key Responsibilities:Perform all shipping and receiving functions, including unloading, staging, and verifying incoming materialsPrepare outgoing shipments with proper packaging, labeling, and documentationCoordinate incoming and outgoing freight, including carrier scheduling and paperworkEnsure timely order fulfillment and address any delays or discrepanciesMaintain quality control standards related to shipping accuracy and documentationFollow and promote safety procedures throughout the warehouseCommunicate with internal departments to support production schedules and customer needsRequirements:Prior warehouse or logistics experience (shipping/receiving experience preferred)Forklift experience (certification a plus)Basic computer and math skillsValid driver's licenseAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningAble to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as neededWe Offer:Competitive payHealth, Life, and Short-Term Disability Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Holidays and PTOTraining and development opportunities with a well-established companyIf you have experience in the industrial hydraulic hose industry and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role in shipping and receiving, we encourage you to apply to join our team at RW Connection!
