This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys an organized, fast-paced work environment and wants to develop valuable logistics and operational skills.Job DescriptionAs a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will support the daily flow of incoming and outgoing shipments while helping maintain accurate inventory and an organized work environment.You will work closely with other team members to ensure products and materials are properly received, inspected, documented, prepared, and shipped according to company procedures.ResponsibilitiesReceive and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.Inspect deliveries for accuracy, condition, and proper documentation.Prepare, pack, label, and organize outgoing shipments.Verify shipping documents, quantities, and order information.Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.Organize products and materials within designated storage areas.Assist with loading and unloading shipments when needed.Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Communicate with team members regarding shipment status, inventory needs, and operational priorities.Follow company procedures and workplace safety standards.Assist with additional warehouse and operational tasks as needed.QualificationsStrong organizational and time-management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to follow procedures and complete tasks efficiently.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Dependable and professional work ethic.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer and data-entry skills.Ability to safely handle, move, and organize packages and materials.Willingness to learn new processes and develop additional skills.Additional InformationCompetitive salary of $30,000 – $36,000 per year.Full-time employment.Career growth and advancement opportunities.Opportunities to develop logistics, inventory, shipping, and operational skills.Professional and collaborative work environment.Hands-on training and continued skill development.Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as the company grows.
