Shipping & Receiving AssociatesVolt is immediately hiring for Shipping & Receiving Associates for various clients in Irvine, Placentia, Foothill Ranch, and Lake Forest Ca.As a Shipping & Receiving Associates you will:Day to Day ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Experience in Shipping and Receiving productPackage and crate parts for shipments to protect from shipping & handling damage.Strong experience with FEDEX and UPS Shipping ERP systemsVerify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slipsPerform cycle counts (physical count and reconciliation of variances)Label and organize inventory in designated locationInspect materials for damage, defects, or shortagesMaintain a clean and organized receiving areaOperate forklift to move product within the warehouseCoordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely material flowThis is a Full-Time Temp-to-Hire OpportunityThe ideal candidate will have:Required Skills & Qualifications High School Graduate or equivalentPrevious warehouse or Shipping & Receiving experienceForklift ExperienceStrong experience with FEDEX and UPS Shipping ERP systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to lift and move materials as neededGood communication and organizational skillsPreferred Skills & Qualifications Dependable, mature, reliable, and hungry to learn new thingsSchedule: Monday to Friday6am-2:30pm7am-3:30pm7:30am-4pm8am-5pmPay Rate: $18-23+ per hour DOE*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
