Shipping/Receiving ClerkWe are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join a busy cold storage warehouse in Byron, GA. This position is ideal for someone with previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Location: Byron, GA Pay: $15.50 per hour Schedule: Weekend & Night Shift Availability Required Work Environment: Cold Storage WarehouseJob ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process shipping and receiving paperworkReceive incoming products and verify quantities and informationAssist with shipping orders and ensure products are accurately documentedEnter and maintain inventory and shipment informationCheck paperwork for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when neededCommunicate with warehouse personnel, drivers, and other team membersMaintain organized records and documentationFollow all warehouse safety and food-handling proceduresAssist with other warehouse duties as neededRequirementsPrevious warehouse experience requiredShipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic computer and data-entry skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environmentDependable attendance and reliable transportationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be comfortable working in a cold storage environmentWeekend and overnight availability is requiredPay & Schedule$15.50/hourWeekend and night shift availability requiredSchedule may vary based on operational needsEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
