Shipping/Receiving ClerkAt Custom Fabricating & Supplies, every shipment matters. We're looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk who values accuracy, organization, and teamwork to help ensure materials and customer orders move efficiently through our facility.Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00am-6:00pmWhat You'll Do:Prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on timeVerify orders, quantities, and shipping information before shipmentReceive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and productsMatch incoming shipments to packing slips and document discrepanciesMove materials to proper warehouse locations and maintain inventory organizationOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipmentWork closely with Operations and Production teams to support customer delivery timelinesProcess shipping documents and coordinate shipments through UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers, and other transportation providersMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow company quality procedures and warehouse best practicesWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Basic computer and math skillsExperience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or receiving environments preferredForklift or powered industrial equipment experience preferredPositive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and as part of a teamThis role offers steady hours, a collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to play an important role in supporting our customers, production team, and daily operations.
