Shipping & Receiving CoordinatorTextron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves. Responsibilities include operating hand held scanning devices, computers, or tablets; identifying all items with appropriate receiving documents and labels; notifying procurement or shippers of any discrepancies on packing lists; maintaining open communication with inventory control and manufacturing personnel; assisting in loading and unloading of trucks as required; troubleshooting and problem solving any errors and exceptions in the system that revolve around receiving and allocation; performing to established methods and standards; meeting or exceeding the department’s safety, quality, and productivity goals; monitoring all "hot" material movement between campuses and ensuring all transactions are completed; allocating inbound materials to their proper location including the warehouse, assembly line, and additional locations; and performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.Education: High School Diploma, GED, or ACT WorkKeys® National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) at the Bronze level or higher. Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required, warehousing experience preferred. Software Knowledge: SAP experience preferred.
