Shipping & Receiving AssociateFox Toyota Lexus of El Paso is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our Parts Department. This role is ideal for someone with dealership or automotive experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.If you have experience in a dealership parts department, shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory handling, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive daily parts shipments and verify quantities and conditionInspect incoming freight for damage or discrepanciesScan, file, and maintain receiving and special-order documentationStage and notify Parts Counter staff of special-order arrivalsProcess parts returns (warranty, cores, damage, cycle counts)Prepare documentation for freight claims and creditsMaintain organized stockroom and inventory areasAssist with loading, staging, and parts organizationProvide backup coverage for parts delivery drivers as needed, including driving dealership vehiclesSafely operate material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)Schedule & AvailabilityFull-time position5-day workweek (8 hours per day) Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pmSaturday availability may be requiredSchedule assigned by management based on business needsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) and company matchPaid time offPaid holidaysAbout Fox Auto TeamFox Auto Team is a family-owned dealership group committed to teamwork, safety, and operational excellence.
